Can I Change My Order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If you would like to change your order, please contact Customer Service.



Can I Exchange or Return Items to a Store?

No, Designer Sunwear.com frames can only be shipped back to us in order to receive a refund or exchange.



When do I get My Refund Once I have Returned an Item?

Once we have received the item into our warehouse we will process a refund onto the original payment option as soon as possible. This process may take up to two weeks.



How Can I Check My Order Status?

Information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you through email. If you have not received an order confirmation email shorty after placing your order, please check your email spam folder. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information for your packages.



How Long Will My Frames Take to be Delivered?

Most orders received by 3pm EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders received after that time will be processed the next business day. Shipping can take between five to seven days.



Can I Use My Prescription with My Order?

Many of the frames here at Designer Sunwear.com are RX-able which means they can be fitted with a prescription. However, at this time, we do NOT fill prescription sunglasses. ALL FRAMES ARE SHIPPED WITH PLANO LENSES. RX-able sunglasses are indicated in the product description. If you purchase RX-able frames, you can take them to your local eyecare facility and they can fill your prescription for you. For other questions about RX-able frames, please contact Customer Service.
