    Our working hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. Orders are processed the same day if received by 3pm EST or the next business day following credit card authorization and verification of information. You should receive your order within approximately five to seven business days.

    Shipping rates and delivery times depend on the area you live in, the quantity of the items you purchase, and your preferred method of shipment. You can receive estimated Shipping Costs in "My Cart" after a product has been added.

    Shipping Locations

    At this time, Designer Sunwear.com only ships to the 50 US states including Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship to Puerto Rico and Guam.

    Order Status and Tracking

    Information regarding your purchase will be sent to you through email. Please check your spam folder if you have not received an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. When orders ship from the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. If you do not receive your order within five to seven business days, please contact Designer Sunwear.com Customer Service Department.

    When you order frames from Designer Sunwear.com, you can be sure that you are receiving High Quality, Defect-Free, and Authentic frames.

      Defective or Incorrect Product

      If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service Department within 3 business days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange of the original product.

      Non-Defective Exchanges or Returns

      Please contact Customer Service for a return shipping address label. Return frames in their original, unused condition within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment only. Shipping is not refundable.
